Scope: These terms govern the purchase and use of Ready & Refined digital booklets only. They are separate from, and do not affect, any agreement your household has with Sort + Place for in-home professional organizing services.

Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or using a Ready & Refined booklet, you agree to these terms on behalf of your household.

1. Who we are

These terms apply to purchases linked from readyandrefined.com, operated by Sort + Place, New Jersey (“Ready & Refined”, “we”). Contact: sortandplace@gmail.com.

2. What we sell

We sell digital booklets as downloadable PDF files. Nothing is printed or shipped unless a listing says so.

3. What the booklets are and are not

The booklets support household onboarding and communication. They do not replace household-specific instruction, training, supervision, product labels, safety data, emergency procedures, or advice from a qualified professional. Each household remains responsible for its own rules and procedures. Kashrus and halachic questions are for your own rav, not these booklets.

4. Your license

When you buy, we give you a personal, non-transferable license to download and use the file for your own household or, if you are a household manager or organizer, for the households you directly serve. You may print copies for that use.

5. What you may not do

Do not resell, share, post or distribute the files, in whole or in part, or remove the Ready & Refined name and copyright notices. We own the booklets and their text, layout and images.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken by Gumroad at checkout. We may change prices at any time. The price at checkout is the price you pay.

7. Delivery

You receive a download link from Gumroad after payment clears. Contact us if you do not receive it.

8. Refunds

9. Limitation of Liability

The booklets are provided as organizational tools. We are not liable for losses arising from staff execution errors or household decisions made using information from the booklets. The household retains ultimate responsibility for its own home and staff management.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the booklets after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The version posted when you buy applies to that purchase.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey.
