Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

Scope: This policy covers the readyandrefined.com website and the purchase of Ready & Refined digital booklets. Sort + Place’s in-home professional organizing services are governed by the agreement made directly with each household.

Who we are

Sort + Place (“Ready & Refined”) operates readyandrefined.com. Contact: sortandplace@gmail.com.

What we collect

  • When you write to us: your email address and whatever you put in your message, when you email us.
  • When you buy: Gumroad collects your name, email and payment details to take payment and deliver your download. We receive the order details Gumroad shares with sellers, such as your name, email and what you bought.
  • When you visit: this site has no forms, no analytics and no advertising cookies. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, to run and protect the site.

How we use it

To reply to you, deliver what you bought, send receipts and download links, help if a file will not open, and keep the site running securely.

Payments

Payments are processed by Gumroad. We do not see or store your full card number.

Sharing

We share information only with the services that run the site and take payment, Vercel (website hosting) and Gumroad (checkout, payment and delivery), and when the law requires. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Email

We use your email to answer you and to send what you bought. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.

Data Storage and Security

Data is stored using industry-standard hosting and infrastructure with encryption and access controls. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Data Retention and Deletion

To see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, email sortandplace@gmail.com from the address you used. We will confirm within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. Gumroad keeps its own records of your purchase under its own policy.

Children

The site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
